is to get them in your customers' hands. The
following are some ideas that have worked in
a variety of destination lodging settings. In
addition we have gathered some terrific ideas
for how to increase your bottom line and boost
customer satisfaction by using Sootheze products
in your
spa and/or gift
shop.
- Place a Toasty Bear or other therapy animal
on the bed with information about heat, cold,
and aroma therapy benefits. Customize your choice
to enhance the atmosphere of your facility or
the message you want to send (see customization
ideas below).
- Create a welcome basket that includes a complimentary
Eye Pillow or Aroma Bear. To really impress your
guests, upgrade to a Christine James Body Wrap
or other larger ticket item.
- Keep a heated Toasty Bear or other adorable
Sootheze therapy animal by the front desk to
make it more welcoming and to prompt guests to
inquire about the products.
- Have several items on hand for guests to try
out for themselves for a night. Toasty Bears & Friends

- Train staff to ask guests how their stay is
