- Sootheze products are multifunctional. Demonstrating that they provide
three gifts in one (heat therapy, cold therapy & aroma therapy) will
multiply their value in the eyes of your customers.
- In addition to ensuring that sales staff are informed about the heat, cold
and aroma therapy benefits of Sootheze products, you may also want to provide
them with a list of gift ideas and different ways
customers have used the product. Informed sales staff are a key ingredient in success
with Sootheze products.
- Have several different Sootheze products available to fit a variety of
budgets and personalities. The Toasty Bears & Friends come in several
sizes, fabrics, colors and prices. Some correspond with seasonal holidays
and events, geographic locations, or sports mascots. We invite you to take
some time to look over our entire product line to select a diverse group
of items that will fit the interests and budgets of all your customers.
- Offer Aroma Bears, Eye Pillows, and other smaller items as incentives for
purchasing Sootheze products or spending a certain dollar amount in the store.
- Tap into the collectable nature of the Toasty
Bears & Friends by displaying groups together,
emphasizing their unique personalities, and other
sales methods used with collectible gifts.
The gift shop at Northstar-At-Tahoe Ski Resort
in California has had great success with Sootheze
products. The sales staff warm the Toasty Bears & Friends
and Christine James items in the microwave and
keep them next to the sales counter. When cold
and tired skiers come in, they are encouraged to
pick up the heated products. Immediately soothed
by the warmth, comfort and aroma therapy, they
don’t want to set the products down, and
a sale is practically guaranteed.
