At Sootheze, we stand behind our products and believe
strongly in their ability to provide soothing comfort for the
body and mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your
Sootheze product, you can exchange or return the unused item within
seven days for a full refund of your purchase price.
In
the unlikely event that your Sootheze product arrives damaged,
we will replace it or refund your money. If the damage occurred
during shipping, please save the package and contact us immediately
so that we can make a claim with the carrier. We are unable
to issue any credit until we have inspected the product and
shipping materials to verify the damage.
We ask that customers

Merchandise Authorization Form. This form must be included
with your return. At Sootheze, we respect your personal privacy and
want you to feel secure ordering our products online and communicating

orders are shipped within one business day and arrive at
domestic locations within 5-7 days. However, weather, delays

After more than 15 years in this business, we have a
good understanding of demand for our products and seasonal
fluctuations. Usually, we stock inventory that enables us to
ship our products immediately. If we are back ordered, it typically
is due to an unexpected order that has depleted our supply.
We make every effort to
note this on our Web site as quickly as technology allows,
however, it is possible that a product may be out of stock
at the time you place your order. In that event, we will contact
