Q: Where are Sootheze products made?
A:
The fabrics and forms for our products come pre-assembled from China and we fill them with flaxseed, herbs, or buckwheat and finish making them right here at our location in Fremont, California.
Q: How do the Sootheze products work?
A:
Products with flaxseed are designed to be heated or put in the freezer to provide beneficial heat or cold therapy. The flaxseed absorbs and holds the heat or cold, providing the user with lasting relief. Those products that also have aromatherapy applications are filled with a specially blended selection of 9 herbs. The therapeutic benefits are received by simply breathing in the pleasant aroma. Q: Are Sootheze products hypoallergenic?
A:
Sootheze products are naturally hypoallergenic, but any products with aromatherapy features are filled with herbs and can cause irritation among people with plant allergies.
Q: Does Sootheze offer assistance with marketing?
A:
Yes! Customer Service will recommend products for your area and sales situation. In addition, there are tips, resources and additional information on the Reseller section of this site. In addition, we welcome your marketing ideas and will work to help you implement them.
Q: What if I need help with my order?

Whether you are ordering for the first time or looking for new ideas and products to add to your selection, Sootheze customer service staff enjoy talking with you and helping you customize your order to fit your area and selling environment.
Q:What’s the best way to explain your products to my customers?
A:
Simply put, Sootheze products combine three beneficial therapies in one appealing package. Emphasis should be placed on the therapeutic aspects as well as the high quality. It is important that customers realize that Sootheze Toasty Animals provide heat, cold and aroma therapy benefits which makes them much more than a toy or standard stuffed animal.
Q: How do you recommend we display or merchandise the products?
A:
Deciding how to display Sootheze products is half the fun of selling them. There are so many creative ways to show off the products. Use them to decorate your store, playing on their individual personalities by posing them or adding accessories. The most important aspect is that customers are able to see, touch and smell the products to get a full understanding of the unique features. Q: Is there a minimum shipment requirement?
A:
No. We have no minimums and no maximums. Order exactly as many products as you need.
Q: How soon do you ship after the order is placed?
A:
We ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Under normal shipping conditions, ground transit normally takes 2 or 3 days to addresses in California and 5 to7 days for most other parts of the U.S.
Q: If the order arrives damaged, what should I do?
A:
Each product is carefully checked before shipping. Damaged products are typically the result of problems on the carrier’s end. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, we will work with you and the carrier, if appropriate, to replace the product or refund your money. Please see our Refunds Policy for information on how to report a damaged product and initiate a return.
Q: Are Sootheze products seasonal?
A:
While many Sootheze products are especially popular at certain times of the year, our customers tell us that they enjoy their products year round. Aches, pains and illnesses occur in all seasons and people tend to be more active and harder on their bodies in the warmer months. Sootheze products provide both heat and cold therapy for the ultimate in comprehensive relief. In addition, people need comforting and relief from stress in July just as much as they do in January.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A:
We accept a credit card for first time shipments. After we have you established as a reseller, we offer payment terms of net 30 days. |
