Ordering & Payments
Placing an order at Sootheze is very simple.
When you come across the item you are interested in, click on it.
This will bring up a large picture and a description that contains the item., the item number and the price.
Once you click "Add To Cart," the order form will have all the information about the item.
Repeat this process with each item until you are finished with the order.
The database does all of the calculations and keeps up with your current total.
Just click "Update Subtotal" to get your current total.
Once you are finished placing the order, click the "Check Out" option.
You will then be prompted to fill out the necessary billing information, through our secure server.
Name, Address, Phone, Payment Method, etc.

Use our web site to place your order 24/7.
The site is always up and changing regularly.
By placing an online order your, order will be immediately sent to our warehouse.
Payments
*Credit Cards:
Sootheze accepts Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Prepaid Gift Cards & a host of other Cards.
A Credit Card is the easiest and fastest form of payment.
By placing your order and paying for it with a Credit Card, we are usually able to ship within 24-48 hours.
Just fill in your Credit Card information on the online form and rest assured that your confidential Credit Card information is being securely transferred to our payment system.
Our payment system can also do a currency conversion.
We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should not ever send credit card numbers by email, as it is not a secure practice.
If you do not have Paypal, no problem.
Once you go to the checkout, just choose the second arrow below that says, "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card, or PayPal Credit."
*Money Orders and Checks:
To accommodate customers who may not have access to a credit card, Sootheze also accepts Money Orders & Personal Checks.
*Personal Checks:
It will take 2-4 days to process and approve a Personal Check. Once your Check has been approved, you will be notified that your Check has been approved and your order is on its way.
