Shipping and Returns

 

Our fast and reliable shipping is one of the things customers like best about Sootheze. Under normal conditions, orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours and arrive at domestic locations within 2 to 5 days. However, weather, delays at the shipping company, and other variables beyond our control make it impossible for us to guarantee a delivery time.

 

Errors and Defects.

In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective, please call us immediately or email us at support@sootheze.com. We will replace any defective product. Please call or E-Mail us to obtain instructions regarding disposition of the defective product.

 

Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges.

In the unlikely event that your Sootheze product arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund your money. If the damage occurred during shipping, please save the package and contact us immediately at 844-576-6843 so that we can file a claim with the carrier. 

 

All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Sootheze.

 

 

Domestic Orders

 

Sootheze ships "cheapest way" unless a carrier is specified by the customer. Our default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. We ship via US Postal Service, UPS, FedEX (if specified by customer). When your order is completed, please email us your total. The shipping rules are listed below. Please see your shopping cart for an estimate of the exact shipping charges pertaining to your order.

 

Currency:  U.S. Dollar.

Shipping Region:  All States and Territories.

 

Shipping Method:          U.S. Postal Service, UPS or by shipping method specified by the customer.

Select delivery time:      2 - 7 Business days.

 

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping Rates are calculated at the time of purchase using the USPS shipping interface. If the shipping calculated seems to be in error or any other issues arise, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue and get your order out without delay.

 

 

 

International Orders

 

Your country may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying any additional charges.
