Our Guarantee & Refund Policy
At Sootheze, we stand behind our products and believe strongly in their ability to provide soothing comfort for the body and mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your Sootheze product, you can exchange or return the unused item within seven days for a full refund of your purchase price.
In the unlikely event that your Sootheze product arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund your money. If the damage occurred during shipping, please save the package and contact us immediately so that we can make a claim with the carrier. We are unable to issue any credit until we have inspected the product and shipping materials to verify the damage.
We ask that customers call us at 650 321 1909 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. This form must be included with your return.

After more than 15 years in this business, we have a good understanding of demand for our products and seasonal fluctuations. Usually, we stock inventory that enables us to ship our products immediately. If we are back ordered, it typically is due to an unexpected order that has depleted our supply.
